By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 1333btd platform (available at https://1333btd.app and all associated subdomains and services, collectively referred to as "the Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety, together with the 1333btd Privacy Policy and all other policies referenced herein.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 1333btd ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must not access or use the Platform in any capacity. Continued use of the Platform following any posted update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1333btd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. The most current version is always the version in effect. Material changes that significantly affect your rights will be communicated via in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.

To open and use a 1333btd account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 1333btd does not permit persons under the age of 18 to register, deposit, wager, or access any gaming content.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any commercial enterprise or third party.
• You are not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any other person in connection with your 1333btd account.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the 1333btd platform, or from any associated platform operated by the Company.

1333btd employs automated and manual screening processes to detect underage access. Any account found to be registered by or operated on behalf of a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed immediately upon discovery. All stakes placed and any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited in full, regardless of whether those winnings arose before or after the discovery of the age violation.

By completing registration, you confirm and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above. Providing false information in order to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the full range of 1333btd services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. 1333btd reserves the right to verify the information you provide at any stage and to request supporting documentation.

Each player is permitted to hold one single account on the 1333btd platform. Opening more than one account — whether under the same or a different name, email address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all such accounts may be suspended, and balances may be confiscated at the Company's sole discretion.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your 1333btd account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of account protection.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when accessing 1333btd from a shared or public device.
• Notify 1333btd support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not store your credentials in an unsecured location or transmit them via unsecured channels.

1333btd will not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. However, where the Company is found to be at fault for a security breach on its own infrastructure, it will take appropriate remedial action in accordance with its security incident policy.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

1333btd may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any point during your account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a significant change in betting activity. Verification may require submission of a valid national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification, as well as proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality. 1333btd reserves the right to withhold pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

1333btd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) exclusively via the following approved payment channels:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank

All transactions must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits or withdrawals made using accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited and will be reversed or withheld pending investigation.

4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on the payment method used and are displayed at the point of transaction within the 1333btd Wallet interface.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 1333btd account balance instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours depending on the issuing bank. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1–3 business days. 1333btd does not guarantee processing times as these are partly dependent on third-party payment providers.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as your 1333btd account.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• 1333btd reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on 1333btd are subject to acceptance by the Platform. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your account balance. 1333btd reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed published maximum stake limits or that are placed after a market has closed.

5.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

1333btd offers betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. In-play betting is available on selected events. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. Settled odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.

In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the individual market rules displayed at the time of wagering. Where no specific rule applies, stakes will be returned.

5.3 Live Casino

Live casino games (including Baccarat, Roulette, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, and Crazy Time) are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules governing each game are those published by the respective provider and displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction during a live casino round, the outcome of that round may be voided and stakes returned, subject to the provider's rules.

5.4 Slots & Instant Games

Slot games and instant-win titles are provided by third-party software developers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming. 5.5 Void Bets & Error Correction

1333btd reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest error — including typographical errors in odds, prices, or event data. Where such errors are identified after settlement, the Company will correct the settlement outcome and adjust account balances accordingly. Players who knowingly exploit manifest errors will be subject to account suspension.

1333btd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the individual promotion, which supplement these General Terms. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the bonus period.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds may only be used on eligible games. Some games — such as certain live casino tables or low-margin sports bets — may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements or may be excluded entirely.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless otherwise specified by a promotion's individual terms.
• 1333btd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided this does not affect bonuses that have already been credited to player accounts.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a minimum qualifying deposit, a stated wagering multiplier, and a validity period — all of which are displayed on the relevant promotional page. The welcome bonus is available once per household, IP address, device, and payment method.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

1333btd actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements at minimal financial exposure, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinating with other players to artificially meet bonus conditions. Where bonus abuse is identified, the Company reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and close the account.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 1333btd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Underage use: Accessing, registering, or wagering on the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Fraudulent deposits: Initiating deposits using payment accounts that you do not own, or reversing legitimate deposits after bets have been placed (chargebacks).
• Money laundering: Using the 1333btd platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. 1333btd maintains anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, AI-driven betting systems, or any automated tool to place bets without genuine human decision-making at the point of wagering.
• Collusion: Co-ordinating with other players, whether within the platform or externally, to fix game outcomes, manipulate betting markets, or unfairly extract value from promotional offers.
• Exploitation of software errors: Knowingly exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform's software to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing 1333btd staff or other players through any channel, including live chat, email, or on-platform messaging.
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access or operate your 1333btd account, or accessing another person's account on their behalf.

1333btd reserves the right to take all necessary legal and technical measures to prevent and address prohibited conduct, including the disclosure of account information to law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 1333btd account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before submitting a closure request, ensure that you have withdrawn any remaining real-money balance. Any active bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 1333btd

1333btd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or account compromise.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations that require the Company to restrict access.
• Detection of duplicate or linked accounts.
• Extended account inactivity (see Section 8.3 below).

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 1333btd will notify you via the email address on your account before applying any dormancy-related administrative fees. If the account remains inactive following notification, a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 may be deducted from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero, at which point the account will be closed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1333btd's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your 1333btd account balance at the time the claim arises.

1333btd shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — for any of the following types of loss or damage, even if foreseeable:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings from betting or gaming activity.
• Loss of business opportunity or reputational damage.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages of any kind.
• Loss or corruption of data arising from your use of the Platform.
• Losses resulting from Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical faults, third-party outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform that contains typographical or data-feed errors.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by 1333btd's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation on the part of the Company, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

10.1 Amendments to These Terms

1333btd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication at https://1333btd.app/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly. Your continued use of the Platform after an amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where an amendment is material and reduces your rights, 1333btd will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via in-platform notification.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1333btd with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind, whether written or oral.
